With this fully funded scholarship, you can pursue your studies in Romania. Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs are available for students from around the world under the Romanian Government Scholarship Program. The MFA will cover all expenses related to studying abroad in Romania.

- Completed MFA Scholarship Application Form (Annex 1).
- Completed MER Application Form (Annex 2) for obtaining an acceptance letter to study in Romania.
- Certified Copies of Academic Documents (Diplomas, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees), along with translations in English, French, or Romanian if necessary.
- Certified Copies of Essential Documents, including transcripts, diplomas, and translated versions (if required for postgraduate studies).
- Original Birth Certificate with a certified translation into English, French, Romanian, or another official language.
- Certified Copy of the First Three Pages of the Passport.
- Medical Certificate confirming that the applicant is free from infectious diseases and any health conditions that might limit their ability to study.
- Applicant’s CV (Resume).
- Two Recent Passport-Sized Photos.
